ViralMESH SuperSearch (“the Extension”) is a Chrome extension that enhances Gmail search with natural language queries. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to the following Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2. Data Access & Privacy
What Data We Access
Email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date, labels, snippet)
Email content snippets when required to display results
Attachment metadata (e.g., PDF filename)
What We Do NOT Access
We do not store or transfer your emails to our servers.
We do not collect Gmail login credentials.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How Data is Processed
All searches are sent securely to the Gmail API using OAuth2.
Data is processed locally in your browser.
Permissions requested:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly (read-only Gmail access).
Your Control
You may revoke access anytime via your Google Account Permissions.
Uninstalling the extension immediately stops all access to your Gmail.
3. Terms of Service
User Responsibilities
You must have a valid Google Account to use the Extension.
You agree not to misuse the Extension for spam, abusive behaviour, or data scraping.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Extension working reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
Liability Disclaimer
The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
ViralMESH is not liable for any damages resulting from its use.
Termination
You may uninstall the Extension at any time.
We may revoke access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
