Website Maintenance Terms & Conditions

We offer four levels of website care: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Ultra Support. Each plan is designed to give you peace of mind that your WordPress website is secure, up-to-date, and supported properly — depending on how hands-on you want us to be.

Minimum Term & Billing

All plans come with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Billing is pro-rata, invoiced on the 20th of each month.
If you sign up mid-month (e.g. on the 10th), you’ll only pay for the days remaining that month. Then on the 20th, you’ll be charged the full monthly fee going forward.

Bronze Plan updates only

WordPress Maintenance Only

Perfect if you just want the basics taken care of quietly in the background.

Included:

  • WordPress core, plugin & theme updates
  • Daily backups
  • Security scans
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Monthly performance checks

Not included:

  • Content editing or updates
  • Copywriting or proofreading
  • Training or tutorials
  • Development work or new features
  • Third-party plugin support or integrations
  • Email/server support

This is a pure maintenance plan — anything extra can be quoted separately.

Silver Plan – Speed, Security and Support

Everything in Bronze, plus:

  • Speed optimisation (caching, image compression, database cleanup)
  • Minor content edits (text/images)
  • Copywriting tweaks or proofreading support
  • Email support for small tasks or advice
  • Basic training (how to use your site or make changes)
  • Light development (e.g. tweak layout, fix small bugs)

Gold Plan – Speed, Security and Extra Support

Everything in Silver, plus:

  • Priority support
  • More hands-on development time
  • Monthly review of site performance, SEO basics, and improvement suggestions
  • Better allocation of hours for ongoing changes
  • Dedicated point of contact

Ultra Support – Speed, Security and Ultra Support

Custom package, price on request

  • Fully tailored plan
  • Larger development and support allowance
  • Regular calls, reviews, and collaboration
  • Designed to act as your full outsourced web team

Cancelling Your Plan

You can cancel with 30 days’ notice after your initial 3 months is complete.
No refunds are issued for unused time.
We may cancel if invoices are unpaid or access is restricted.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide full admin access to your website and hosting
  • Inform us of any changes to hosting, domains, or logins
  • Respond to communications within 5 working days

If someone else edits your site and causes issues, we may charge to fix it (£29/hour).

Turnaround Times

Emergency issues (e.g. your site goes offline) are handled with top priority.
Routine tasks are completed during working hours.
Silver, Gold and Ultra plans benefit from faster response times.

Legal & Liability

We’re not liable for issues caused by third-party software, hosting, or developers. We’ll assist where possible, but additional fixes may incur charges unless covered by your plan.
Liability is capped at the value of your current maintenance fees.
All access credentials and personal information are kept confidential for 3 years post-agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
